Operation Research Projects:

Designed, developed and implement a workforce assignment model creating a network for all workers and their combinations, therefore, the model could select which arcs use for each person, this model had 14 constrains implemented according to the business rules such as entrance time, break times during the day, lunch time, satisfaction of demand, long of the shifts, free days, compensations, among others.. This models run for each campaign in 5 different countries. Developed with AMPL and Databricks
Small model to find the most similar tenants to some clusters.

Data Science projects:

Forecasting the volumen of calls using Facebook package - prophet (time series) for all campaigns.
Network analysis using GraphDataframes of Databricks for analyse the IVR of Siigo.
